California law gives California residents specific rights over their personal information. Because buyers pay Seller Connect USA to receive introductions, sharing your information with a cash buyer in the way described in our Privacy Policy may be considered a "sale" or "share" of your personal information under California law. This page lets you opt out of that, and lets you ask us to tell you what we have, or to delete it.

Who Can Submit a Request
You can submit a request yourself, using the email address or phone number you gave us. An authorized agent can also submit a request on your behalf — if so, we may ask the agent for proof that you've authorized them to act for you, and we may still contact you directly to confirm the request before we act on it.
What Happens Next
When we receive your request, we look for the record tied to the email address or phone number you provide and verify it's you by matching that information against what's already in our records. If we can't verify you that way, we may ask for a small amount of additional information — never more than we need to confirm it's really you. Once verified, we carry out the request and, where it's practical to do so, let you know it's done using the contact information you gave us.
How Long It Takes
We aim to complete verified requests within 10 days.

Exercising any of these rights won't result in worse service, a different level of service, or any change in what this site costs you to use — it's free either way.
