These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and RDRA, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company doing business as Seller Connect USA ("Seller Connect USA," "we," or "us"). By using this website or submitting the form on it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
What Seller Connect USA Does
Seller Connect USA is a referral service. We connect homeowners who want to sell a house as-is with cash buyers in their area, nationwide. We are not a real estate broker, agent, lender, or appraiser, and we are not a buyer. We don't set prices, make offers, appraise property, or negotiate on anyone's behalf. There is no cost to the homeowner to use this site; buyers pay us.
Who Can Use This Site
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your state, to use this site or submit an inquiry. By submitting the form, you represent that you are the owner of the property, or that you have the owner's authority to inquire on their behalf, and that the information you provide is accurate.
No Offers, and No Guarantee of an Offer
Seller Connect USA does not make offers on any property, and we do not guarantee that any offer will be made. Any offer to purchase a property comes solely from an independent cash buyer, after that buyer has looked at the property, on whatever terms and timeline the buyer decides. We are not involved in that conversation and we don't set, suggest, or influence the number.
Buyers Are Independent
Cash buyers we introduce you to are independent third parties. We don't own, operate, employ, direct, or supervise any buyer, and we're not responsible for a buyer's conduct, statements, offer, timeline, or decisions. Any agreement to sell a property is strictly between you and the buyer; we are not a party to it.
No Agency or Fiduciary Relationship
Using this site doesn't create an agency, brokerage, partnership, joint venture, or fiduciary relationship between you and Seller Connect USA, or between you and any buyer we introduce. We don't represent you or the buyer.
Not Legal, Financial, or Tax Advice
The content on this site is provided for general information only and isn't legal, financial, or tax advice. Selling a property can have legal, financial, and tax consequences specific to your situation. Please talk to a qualified professional before making a decision.
Acceptable Use
When using this site, you agree to provide accurate information, to only submit an inquiry about a property you own or are authorized to act for, and not to misuse the site — including attempting to interfere with how it operates, scraping or harvesting data from it, or submitting someone else's personal information without their permission.
Intellectual Property
The text, design, and other content on this site belong to RDRA, LLC. You may view and use the site for your own personal, non-commercial purpose of finding a cash buyer for your property. You may not copy, republish, or reuse the site's content for any other purpose without our permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
This site and our service are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that a buyer will make an offer, or that any offer will meet any particular timeline, price, or outcome.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seller Connect USA and RDRA, LLC won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, arising from your use of this site or any interaction with a buyer we introduce you to. Because our service is free to homeowners, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the site or our service is limited to the amount you paid us to use it — which is nothing.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Seller Connect USA and RDRA, LLC harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the site or your violation of these terms.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last updated. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Severability and Entire Agreement
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in full effect. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Contact Consent & Opt-Out, are the entire agreement between you and Seller Connect USA regarding your use of this site.
