Seller Connect USA is a trade name of RDRA, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. We are a referral service — we introduce homeowners who want to sell their house to a cash buyer in their area. We are not a real estate broker, agent, lender, or buyer, we don't set prices or make offers, and we never charge a homeowner anything. This policy explains what information we collect on this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the choices and rights you have, including specific rights for California residents.

Information We Collect

We collect the following, directly from you or automatically when you use this site:

• The details you give us about the property and yourself — the property address, your name, phone number, and email address, submitted through our contact form. We collect these to confirm the basics about the property, get in touch with you, and connect you with a cash buyer.
• Anything else you choose to tell us — the optional notes you add about the property or your situation, so a buyer has useful context before they reach out.
• Your consent record — if you check the consent box on our form, we keep a record of the date and time you agreed (in UTC), your IP address, your browser's user agent, the page you were on, and the exact wording of the consent language you saw and agreed to. We keep this because it's our proof of what you agreed to and when, which telemarketing and texting law requires us to be able to show.
• Call recordings — if you speak with Seller Connect USA by phone, that call may be recorded, for quality assurance, training, and to keep an accurate record of what was discussed and agreed to. This covers calls with Seller Connect USA; it doesn't cover a buyer's own calls with you, which are outside our control.
• An analytics cookie, only if you accept it — this site asks before it sets anything beyond what's strictly necessary to run it. If you accept the cookie banner, we use a single analytics cookie to understand how the site is used. Nothing is set until you choose.

Who We Share Your Information With

• One cash buyer in your area — for each property you tell us about, we share your contact details and what you told us with a single cash buyer, so they can reach out and make their own offer directly to you.
• Service providers who work on our behalf — by category, not by name: the company that hosts and secures our website and helps protect our forms from automated abuse, the platform we use to manage and organize inquiries, and the providers that deliver our emails and text messages. They're only allowed to use your information to provide these services to us.
• Our analytics provider — only if you accept the optional cookie, and only to help us understand how the site is used.
• Professional advisors and legal authorities — such as a lawyer or accountant when we need one, or a court, regulator, or law enforcement, if we're required to by law or need to protect our legal rights or someone's safety.

A note for California residents: buyers pay Seller Connect USA to receive introductions like yours. Because of that, sharing your information with a buyer in the way described above may be considered a "sale" or "share" of your personal information under California law, even though we're not selling data in bulk or to advertisers. How We Protect Your Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information you give us. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep your information safe and to limit who can access it.

How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep the information you give us for as long as we need it to connect you with a buyer and respond to any questions or requests you make. We keep the consent and compliance records described above for as long as we might reasonably need them as evidence of what you agreed to and when. When we no longer need particular information for these purposes, we delete it or remove the details that identify you. If you'd like your information deleted sooner, see your rights below.

Your California Privacy Rights

If you're a California resident, you have the right to:

• Know and access the personal information we've collected about you, including what categories, where it came from, and who we've shared it with.
• Delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to certain legal exceptions.
• Correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information — including sharing it with a cash buyer, as explained above.

We won't deny you service, charge you differently, or treat you worse for exercising any of these rights. Since our service is already free to homeowners, exercising these rights doesn't change what anything costs you.

We verify requests by matching the email address or phone number you provide against the information already in our records. If we can't verify you that way, we may ask for a small amount of additional information — never more than we need to confirm it's really you. We aim to respond within 10 days.
